henry ~
~ and what a great splash your first dive into these waters has made! it's
incredibly wonderful!! the word awesome truly applies. coincidentally, my
queen amidalla mini-fig was my first lugnet post, too! i think this bodes well
for you.
the detailing down the front and the flowing robes are gorgeous!!
i am truly afraid of how heavy the head alone is, much less the whole
sculpture. having it fall on your foot, reminds me of the scene in "beetle
juice" when cathrine o'hara is pinned to the wall by one of her weird
sculptures (while moving in; great burton foreshadowing), and screams, "this is
my art; and it's _dangerous_!"!
congrats on a real work of art, and i can't wait to see what's next... have you
decided?
later ~ craig~

| Eric Harshbarger (sorry if I mispelled your name) finally met someone his caliber. I showed Amidala to my non-LEGO significant other, and she said: "Wow! I'm impressed!" I'm having trouble typing cause my jaw is still on the floor ;-) Beautiful work (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build)
