  Re: Bot 13

(...) Pretty cool. My first thought was that the thing was really small. Upon closer inspection, it's actually a pretty decent size when compared to a minifig. Looks like a beetle, or maybe even some sort of baby armadillo. -Duane (21 years ago, 30-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Bot 13

Using the parts from the brick I just got from the k-mart sale (and some parts I managed to dig out of my packed collection) I made a new bot: (URL) is the biggest "bot" I've ever made. Hey Anne, This is great! I especially like that the helmet and air tanks are removable. That's a level of detail I probably would have skipped if I'd done something like this. You also really nailed the logo, which is cool. This guy was my first (...) (21 years ago, 30-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.space)

That little guy is great! Now all he needs is a ray-gun, and he'll replace your guard dog :) Seriously, though, you've really captured the feel of the minifig! I love him! Well, I don't want to marry him or anything, he just looks do damn spiffy ... (21 years ago, 30-Apr-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.space)

Color chart, eh? Not a bad idea. I usually print out LDraw.doc or LEdit.doc for that. But I'll work on incorporating it into the next release. Thanks, Patrick (...) (21 years ago, 30-Apr-03, to lugnet.build, lugnet.cad)
