Nick,

Having built only 2 armored cars or Light Armored Vehicles I can appreciate
the transition from Castle to modern military - it can be a learning
experience and a lot of fun. :)

I like this MOC. It's got a good shape to it and there are some interesting
features. I like the turret shaping the best I think. The use of the hinge
plates to add curvature to the back of the turret is nice - does the top
hatch open?

How detailed did you do the interior? It looks like you've got plenty of
room to put in some engine details either in the front or the back if you
haven't and maybe even squeeze in a couple more minifigs. ;)  I wanted to do
that with my Piranha but got the crazy notion of the functional steering and
had to oust the infantry carrier idea for the gearing and such. Next time. ;)

Does the top of the driver's compartment drop down? He seems a little open
and exposed as large as that hatch opening is right now. ;)  I'm not sure
from the tint of the pictures but what are the 1x6 yellow bricks on the
sides used for? Perhaps smoke/grenade launchers or..?

I also like the fender shaping and how it blends into the side with the
recessed hand and footholds and the access door - that's a nice idea.

And that front bumper.. it really does look like an urban assault vehicle
that could be used to lead the way into a building assault - that bumper
looks to be able to knock down just about anything. That front-on picture is
great. I like the perspective. :)

Other than the driver's area and maybe putting some interior details, which
isn't cricital, it looks like a well rounded creation.

Thanks for sharing.

This vehicle features a three man crew including a driver, gun-loader and
commander/gunner.  It is a medium armored truck with an 80 mm cannon.  Its
primary function is to support ground troops directly by providing
anti-artillery support.

I really enjoyed this theme and i think soon i will be creating an f-16 or
harrier jet as well as a v-3 and apocalypse tank (both from red alert 2)

(...) A lot of fun, more will come in this theme (...) The hatch does not open, initially it was supposed to but in order to keep the profile of the turret down, i could not make a hole in the top for it to open. The turret is my favorite part too. (...)
