 Building / *21730 (-20)
First in a series of Buildings (I hope)

Well I decided to have a go at building a few renditions of some of the buildings in my home city, Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.. The First one is the CAPELEC building:- (URL) chosen for its unusual upside down pyramid shape. Its far from (...) (22 years ago, 27-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.loc.au)

Re: Isaac, Rebekah, Esau, and Jacob

(...) No, no, the author is very careful to point out that this is a *different* famine than the one in Abraham's time, so see, this is a wholly different story. Isaac just happens to try the same trick to the same king of the same place. But its (...) (22 years ago, 27-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.ancient)

Re: Isaac, Rebekah, Esau, and Jacob

(...) time to look at the "Isaac's sister" story and will go through the others in detail later. You cheated! You reused your background from "Abraham's sister"! Of course, the story is pretty much a repeat, which was maybe your point. I really like (...) (22 years ago, 27-Apr-02, to lugnet.build.ancient)

  KI Group Pictures..

(URL) I took a couple of pics of all of my currently built mocs (and a few extras- you find em :-P). The lighting is rather bad in my lego room, so I had to turn on the flash and up the contrast, so the pics aren't perfect, but they are good enough. (...) I also liked how the page suggests the optimal moitor size! To view it better, I threw out my 22" monitor and bought a brand new 15" one. @;^) Just funnin' with ya. OK, one more suggestion. I would put the most recent Progress Reports at the top, (...) (22 years ago, 26-Apr-02, to lugnet.build)

Re: BrickZone - Top 50 Gallery *MOC pics wanted*

(...) Hi, Mel. I noticed the images on this page loaded rather slowly even though I'm on a DSL, so I did a little investigating. At first I thought it was just that you are not using real thumbnails, but loading all the full-szie images into the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Apr-02, to lugnet.build)

  Question about scale

Hello all! I have a question on scales: what exactly does microfig scale mean? Is this just any scale smaller than minifig? I'm wondering because I'm working on a huge battleship in something that is what you call microfig... Regards Thomas (22 years ago, 26-Apr-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)
