  Nebuchadnezzar Hovership from The Matrix

Hey guys. This MOC's been a dream of mine for quite a while. I finally took the time and effort to build it. It's the Nebuchadnezzar, Morpheus' hovership from The Matrix. It's on the space page. Cheers Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space, lugnet.build) !!

Re: New MOC. Black Eagle Mech

OH MANNNNNNNN!!!!!!! THIS IS THE BEST MECH EVER! Well, maybe, anyway! I just LOVE this! Looks like it came right out of Battle of the Planets! The building skills demonstrated here are, of course, lovely, but the idea of it is absolutely superior-- (...)   New MOC. Black Eagle Mech

Height is variable at 4 inches with dorsal gun and talons retracted and 10 (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.space)

  Re: Sand-Red and White House

Lutz Uhlmann wrote in message ... (...) fix (...) Hi Lutz, Yes, a fence is the saw attachment which guides the material being cut. Lemme see if I can find a pic: (URL) fence is the object like a wall on the right hand side of the blade. That's the (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: New Diorama

(...) Actually I think you're refering to Firebirds with Nicky Cage. Not one of his better movies, really. Or for Tommy Lee Jones for that matter. But if you just want helo action, it had a lot of that at least near the end as I recall. Only rented (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: New Diorama

In lugnet.build.military, Mark Neumann writes: Thanks for the compliments Mark! (...) Go for it! :-D Eh, maybe later. :-( Looks hard. Well, I wouldn't say hard, you just have to have everything you want in mind before you build it, cuz it becomes a (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New Mecha: The Guardian

Hey that looks really good, it looks like it has awesome poseabillity, and I like the weapons. The hat is somewhat a neat touch, if a bit silly, the shoulder are cool, and they have neat little weapons in them too, awesome, The arms really need to (...)   Two more detail-photos

(...) I have put up two mor detail photos and an update to the table saw. Enjoy, Lutz (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: Sand-Red and White House

(...) I don't really understand this, a fence ? I have made up some hand protection over the blade, what you described sounds more like a guidance for the material to be cut. The update is here: (URL) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.arch)

  Re: New Mecha: The Guardian

Nice work Joel. The legs, ankles, and feet are very well done. They fit together nicely. The hat makes the mecha look whimsical. I'll need a while to warm up to it. Did you stiffen the plate hinges on the arms or do they hold up all that weight? (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  The Brixalator

All, Is anyone interested in testing a little program I have been working on that can turn gifs/jpegs into mosaic instructions? It is still in early stages but I would be interested in getting feedback/ideas for it. It is written in java and (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.sculpture)

  Re: New Diorama

Great job! Making me want to try it. Eh, maybe later. Looks hard. I'm curious though, what's the story? Or is there one? (I'm just wondering what your story was...BTW) But really this is absoultely gorgeous. Shame you couldn't save it and expand (...)   Re: new MOC: Pulse

Looking good man. What'd be cool if you can get a movie of these guys fighting like in the game. What I like about the Mecha is that this is a good exercise in how a mecha can look humanoid with out looking human to work. This guy looks bare bones. (...)   Re: New Diorama OT

I think it can be said that Helos have thier uses. Namely against slower ground targets. One of my more favorite stories from the Gulf was an A-10 flying along and came upon a Hind gunship. Long story short; Hind turned into very small chunks by (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: New Mecha: The Guardian

I particuarily like the right handed weapon. The arms look a little funny. I'd beef up the biceps, time to *pump up!* The hat is cute. Silly even. I love it. Brilliant idea, need work on the execution. What I'd consider doing different is adding a (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: New MOC: The Bison

(...) mmmmm-- nice! Wow, is that ever a piece of great, and thoughtful design (much like the site, IMO)-- Just like Syd Mead- it's got a nice, cramped, utilitarian look, beautiful colours, and a great little story! Amazing! Fabulous! You should be (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

  Re: New Mecha: The Guardian

Gosh, I think it's a shame that you tear it down (figuratively) at the same time you announce it-- makes any compliments I have sound insincere. The truth is: I rather like it. A sEric states, there are a lot of interesting pieces in the model, and (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Build.military Links
