Actually I think you're refering to Firebirds with Nicky Cage.
Not one of his better movies, really. Or for Tommy Lee Jones for that matter.
But if you just want helo action, it had a lot of that at least near the end
as I recall. Only rented it once. That was twice too many for me. :)
