  Re: Blacktron I Contest Results

(...) Yeah, but don't we just HAVE TO do Ice Planet in the year 2002? We have almost a whole year to consider the matter, but I think we should go out of order in this instance. -- Hop-Frog (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests)

I think I might be insane

This is my newest mecha, built in about a day and it doesen't exactly look up to par but I couldn't wait for the overpowering temptation to change it when i know that no matter what I can do, this is as good as i can make it. or at least until I (...)   2nd annual TOWN building contest - early warning!

  Re: NOM-02 Prototype

(...) True, but it is the only way to make a better magician. (...) I am pleased indeed, but if the actual NOM-02 turns out right I might even be happy :) (...)   Re: NOM-02 Prototype

(...) An excellent suggestion! I would have done exactly this, however, I don't have nearly enough technic pieces (yet) to create an internal frame. Rather than waiting to accumulate the pieces, I decided to build a hollow Gundam and then have it (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Tanks! Trucks! Fire Engines!....and a couple of vans. New MOCs

(...) Yes, it is a 5 wide base on the front, and 6 in the back. That is pretty much standard of what I have been doing for the last 5 years for comercial trucks and ambulances (see my other brickshelf pages) although with the 2 "older" forestry (...)   Re: NOM-02 Prototype

Bobby, Sometimes, it's a little like peeking behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz, or finding out how the magician performs his trick-- I'm still fascinated by that very first pic, and seeing inside is never quite as good. Don't get me wrong-- the (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New and kinda-new stickfig mecha wallpaper and stuff

Jeremy, As usual, I'm very impressed with your additions. The attention to detail, not only in the figures, but in the scenes borders on obsessive. In particular, I like the Sandman, and its colour- and theme- relations. There's something about that (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

Re: Tanks! Trucks! Fire Engines!....and a couple of vans. New MOCs

(...) Wow! that is some wrecker. There are a few big ones around here, but I havent seen any as 'crane-like'. They are more like the one in the movie 'Heat'. Just big & intimidating. Very nice.
