Yes, it is a 5 wide base on the front, and 6 in the back.  That is pretty
much standard of what I have been doing for the last 5 years for comercial
trucks and ambulances (see my other brickshelf pages) although with the 2
"older" forestry trucks (Believe it ir not, those 2 trucks were built
between 2 and 4 am this morning, while watching old episodes of Airwolf, and
watching it snow here....night owl that I am) I am expiermenting with some
different style chassis.

Look for more this weekend!

(...) Wow! that is some wrecker. There are a few big ones around here, but I havent seen any as 'crane-like'. They are more like the one in the movie 'Heat'. Just big & intimidating. Very nice.
