Re: New MOC - "Coyote" High-Mobility Mecha

(...) Thanks Chris! Yes, the mecha is definitely inspired by anime such as Gundam Wing. However, I did not try to replicate the Tallgeese legs EXACTLY: (URL) legs sorta differ in that they have more bulbous sides. ;-) (...) Ah, thanks again! ;-D (...)   Re: New MOC - "Coyote" High-Mobility Mecha

(...) appear to be inspired by Tallgeese from "Gundam Wing"; i think it's amazing that you were able to replicate that particular appearance. I also like the cockpit a lot. This mecha seems to deviate a little from your most recent ones, in that it (...) (23 years ago, 16-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Talon Starfighter

Recently, a Semi-NLF friend and my wife and I sat down to build from 10 boxes of unsorted bricks that I'd acquired over the last year or so and just never did anything with. I have yet to post all of the pictures, but the Talon is my product of that (...) (23 years ago, 16-Oct-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

Re: ISCC: Let your ideas take flight...

It says "constructional conversion" is worth 15%... what on earth does that mean? Sounds like a fun contest, must get my thinking cap on! Cheers, Heather -- Heather Patey Pirate Wench / Brick Detective LUGNET Member #490 (...) (23 years ago, 16-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.contests)

Thanks for the compliments! (As an aside, it's better to keep the language family-style in case younger folks are reading. I appreciate your expletive though in emphasizing your positive opinion.) (...) this mecha... The feet are cool; I like the panels on the backs of the heels. The legs are appropriate in fitting with the name...if a dog could stand perfectly upright, that's what his legs and knees would look like. The cockpit's nice and (...)   Re: New MOC - "Coyote" High-Mobility Mecha

(...) I'm sure one day I'll be able to pump out some awesome mecha. Hmm.. well to be honest.. if I could just get some feedback from you about the Swinger model (the Swinger 3 Unveiled post) my day would be made.... Really.. I just want some (...) (23 years ago, 15-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC - "Coyote" High-Mobility Mecha

(...) Thanks! Yeah, the feet are skinny because the mecha does more combat in atmospheres and space than on land. (...) Yeah, I really like how you use them on your mecha. Mine are held together by a 1x2 hinge, 1x2 plate with centre stud, and a 1x2 (...) (23 years ago, 15-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Trees: how to build them?

Hi all, Can someone please help me finding ideas about tree building? I am mainly trying to build a pinetree forest for a logging camp, but large oaks and other sorts of European trees are also welcome. TIA, Pedro (23 years ago, 15-Oct-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.pt)

Re: New MOC - "Coyote" High-Mobility Mecha

Phooie... I just can't seem to win.. just when I bring in the best of my best once again I'm upstaged oh well.... Anyway, very good job Mladen, it looks more like a snap together kit then a lego set. (...) Kinda hard to see but pretty cool.
