  Re: Jeremy Sproat

(...) A large number of FASA's original Battlemechs were "borrowed" from Macross/Robotech. Oh ok, ya , this is important, adding detail or grabbing your eye is somthing I study, each part of the design should allow the eye to transition from one area to the next still maintaining the overall impression, detail of course should add not (...) Thanks but what is "greeblies" ahh I don't understand? About the Joint connections, I use worm gears, turntables and Technic girders to achive the conections, if I make a small prototype I use black friction pegs. I hope you one day build a large (...)   Re: Chateau Paradisa

ah, brad is undoubtedly the finest lego architect i've seen, but this building just doesn't hold up to his others :-( and i think the issue is that its sandwiched between two street baseplates. (...) Jot that down as another d'oh from me (and it's not even noon yet). I meant "greebles". :-, Greebles are all the tiny little pieces of stuff that model makers put on spaceships, etc. to give the illusion of detail from a distance. An example (...)
