Alright folks, I'm ready to get down with some basic talk. Any of you have a favorite set? I can't think of mine at the moment but I'm going to go browse the database in a bit and try to dig up the name and number of some of my childhood favorites. (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-03, to lugnet.basic)

(...) Don't forget "Universal", which was what it was called when I got my first one of these sets. I agree the word "Basic" was more... well... Basic. :) Excluding the 4017 and 3033 (which I view more as Bulk supplements), I would say my favorite (...) (22 years ago, 11-Feb-03, to lugnet.basic)
