|
| | Hi all, I just wanted to announce a small new MOC of mine. For my recently built BR50 steam engine I have now finished the first freight waggon in fitting size. It's a 7-wide flat car in dark grey with a combine harvester oldtimer as load. You may (...) (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.trains) !

| | | | (...) Good work again Ben! Your impressive Br50 really deserves a number of cars to haul so it can show its true power. I must say you have chosen an original subject for the load on the flat car. Do you have a special relation to this harvester? A (...) (23 years ago, 30-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)

| | | | | (...) load. (...) Dear Mattias, thanks once more for your kind words! But the power of the BR50 is not so huge since it has only one 9V motor in the tender. In fact its power is quite limited since this motor has to drive 8 further axles inside the (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)

| | | | | (...) I just love that new tank-car. What type of parts have you used for the tank? Wheel-hubs from large technic wheels I guess but there are something else at the ends and in the middle. Thanks for the very good self-explaining pictures of the (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)

| | | | | (...) - well done for a busy man! (...) In the middel there are just the 2 hubs. At the end there are on each side 1 8860 hub, a 395 wheel with grey tyre(from set 100) and on the end a 4x4 radar dish. What I loved most on my model is a really small (...) | | | | (...) Ben, These new 7-wides are really nice. Love that tanker car; especially the way it is attached at the base and folds up to the top of the tank. Ellegant and thin. Thanks for the reminder to look at the contest site. Wow! Nice pieces of work (...) (23 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)

|
| | | | (...) And now there is the 3rd new 7-wide waggon in 3 days... But no big deal this time: more or less just a copy of the first waggon, but with different freight and in colour brown. I love these flap pieces: I have similar waggons (but 6-w) in (...) (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.trains)
