This is my picture library from the GWLTC display in the STEAM Railway Museum
back in October. I went off to LegoWorld immediately after and forgot to point
out these pictures.
Thanks to Martin Long and Mark Palmer for the use of a tripod to get these shots
as it was quite dim in the museum. Other exhibitors were Huw Millington, Chris
and Justin Dee and Dean Earley.
The pictures have captions in the title, so they’re best viewed starting with
the first one and using ‘next’. This is the preserved Castle class locomotive
in the main display hall:
I’m afraid I’ve concentrated mostly on my stuff, but there are a few MOCs which
I haven’t added to Brickshelf before.
Brewery building and goods depot:
JCB Fastrac, FIAT New Holland and other tractors. The inspiration for the New
Holland was misterzumbi’s brilliant
Deutz Agrotron, though
mine have a working geared PTO so the seed hopper spins:
The goat is also new.
This has been around a while, but it’s an old BBC Outside Broadcast Unit with a
real camera in the back:
My minifig version of the General Lee, with SNOT detail:
My final version of Ivor the Engine - this uses a modified version of the IR
train base for the wagon, cut and shut to 16 studs long. It then uses
BBB wheels on the IR motor. There’s also a
better picture of my version of the Rocket:
The latest rendition of my Caledonian OF-Class shunter - now with extra SNOT and
shiny bits, and a glowing firebox:

| (...) Something else worth noting on this design of (URL) Ivor>, using BBB wheels on the IR motor. Although the buffers sit higher up on the model, if you attach buffer beams directly on the motor but attach the magnet clip to the underside of the (...)
