Thanks. My Dalek plans are in the Brick Issue #5, June 2004, available from
the Brickish Association back issues page here:

Once the next issue is released to members, the current one (#9) will be
released here, including the goat if you havent worked out how to build it
already.
The TARDIS is a little more complex, though Richard James designed a slightly
taller and more readily buildable version for a Sci-Fi convention. Im not sure
where the plans are at the moment.
