     (...) PayPal and X.com don't have any minimum balance requirement, and they make it easy to transfer money to your regular bank account.    (...) Paypal doesn't seem to be an actual bank account. Might want to check into that. I *personally* prefer X because since it IS a bank account when I get the money I can actually use it that very second. With Paypal I have to transfer money into (...)
