Paypal doesn't seem to be an actual bank account. Might want to check
into that. I *personally* prefer X because since it IS a bank account
when I get the money I can actually use it that very second. With
Paypal I have to transfer money into my bank account (which takes 3
business days so far) to be able to _use_ it. But with Paypal and X
merging, who knows how the features of one will be assigned to the
other.
I noticed yesterday that X sent out announcements that interest on
balances over $1,000 would be going up to 5% (from 4%). They're also
lowering (it seems) all credit lines to a maximum of $1,000 or 50% of
what they were before (whichever is lower?).
