Don't worry, your not alone. I received the boot not long ago also. The problem (this happened to me at Geocities) was that I was "storing things," or putting on the site file for distribution. This is really annoying, but also, I received and (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.animation)

Try Quicktime. My digital still camera records silent movies in a weird compressed format only Quicktime will open. With a little poking around here on LUGNET I was able to find the rabbit figure that I vaguely remembered having seen in a set before. For those who had trouble with the other video file, try this one. It's only 7 MB, too. If this doesn't work, I may have to try Quicktime (ugh, I hate Quicktime!). I'm sorry about the difficulties some people seem to be having with the player. I'm just using the old Windows 98 avi player, and have no trouble. (...) apparently had much more severe problems. I downloaded it with MSIE and Netscape, and each succeeded in crashing the program when it was done downloading and tried to play. Well done! It makes me want to see more, like a teaser should. But if you put work into a long project, sound would be good. I had some trouble viewing it though, I couldn't get it to go at all using the link, so I saved the file to my computer. (...)
