  Re: The Prototype Hunters

(...) Thanks for your feedback George. When I came across the website Luft'46 I felt like I had struck gold. Here is a whole new (for me) source of inspiration and some beautiful 3D drawings to work from. I am pleased you found something of interest (...)   Re: The Prototype Hunters

(...) Chris, That looks very intriguing, and luft46.com is full of wild planes, including all those strange off centered ones. Someday I'd like to try my hand at the HO IX even. Thanks, George (21 years ago, 19-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  The Prototype Hunters

Captain Pete Knuckles and The Prototype Hunters have embarked on a mission to circumnavigate the globe in search of the planes that never were. The interesting aircraft that never left the drawing board - and perhaps a few that did! The first plane (...) (21 years ago, 18-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: The Mummy

(...) I didn't think much of The Scorpion King spin-off but I think Brendan Fraser makes a good hero for the two Mummy movies. Loads of action and brilliant setting, not to mention the period. Still, I have to rate Ford as the better character, but (...) (21 years ago, 14-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: The Mummy

(...) I absolutely LOVE them. In fact more so than the Indianna Jones films. They are certainly worthy as sources of reference. Christian (21 years ago, 14-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers)

  The Mummy

Potential topic of interest: As a die-hard Indiana Jones fan - actually, just a "Raiders" fan many times over, it is almost blasphemy to suggest other links for this forum. But what does everyone think about "The Mummy" and "The Mummy Returns"? I (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Flettner FL282 Kolibri

(...) Thanks for your comments Jan-Albert. There's nothing better for me as a builder than someone actually recognising the inspiration for a LEGO creation - that just made my day! As for a diorama? Yep, sounds like a good idea - I'll have to think (...) (21 years ago, 9-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Flettner FL282 Kolibri

(...) I absolutely LOVE this MOC, instantly recognized it. Hope to see more in the same style, perhaps a complete diorama? Keep on brickin' ! (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Flettner FL282 Kolibri

  Re: Flettner FL282 Kolibri

(...) Chris, How cool, one of the very first Helicopters, and it looks great. Thanks, George (21 years ago, 8-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Flettner FL282 Kolibri

Forgot to mention the vehicles are built from Christian Lindblad Rasmussen's blueprints on his Adventurers website, with a few modifications/add-ons. (URL) Thanks Christian. Chris (21 years ago, 7-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.build.military)

  Flettner FL282 Kolibri

Hi everyone Here is my latest MOC, the Flettner FL282 Kolibri helicopter from the 1940's. I wanted a helicopter that fit with the "Adventurers" theme and I found the Kolibri on the internet under "1940's helicopter" - simple really. Apart from the (...) (...) I think that (...) (21 years ago, 3-Apr-04, to lugnet.loc.dk, lugnet.adventurers)

(21 years ago, 3-Apr-04, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Silberpfeil

(...) Im not sure that the planes and 'copters were photographed. (...) Great - that is exactly why I make them. I am currently reverse engineering a MOC and that is a real challenge! (...)   Re: Silberpfeil

Hi Christian Thanks for the picture links. It looked like you guys had fun. I look forward to seeing the helicopter and plane pictures. Oh, one more thing.
