Re: New 2003 stuff in Wal-Mart

(...) Yay! Too bad I'm currently in Germany. :( (...) I skimmed this part and read "Jabba's Massage". Eeeeewwwww! Would that be a massage performed *on* him or *by* him? Either way, probably better not to think about it.... Oops, too late.... :) (22 years ago, 12-Dec-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

Re: new adventure sets at Walmart (adventurers game)

(...) here is said scan: (URL) can be a tad blurry, since I expanded it soo big. It was 2X (4" x 6") to start out with. Thanks, Ben. (22 years ago, 12-Dec-02, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: new adventure sets at Walmart (adventurers game)

(...) I will try to scan and post a picture today. (...) No. The new main "baddie" looks like a cross between Baron von Baron and Ogel (Ogel from the Alpha Team II/Underwater series)... you can still call him Mr. Hates. Baron Ogel is what I call (...)   Re: new adventure sets at Walmart (adventurers game)

(...) Hi Ben Thanks for sharing. The release of the sets are good news. I would really like to see the scan though. It seems the sets are not available in Denmark yet, at least not in the shops I have been visiting today. Is Baron Ogel an official (...) (22 years ago, 12-Dec-02, to lugnet.adventurers)

I went to Walmart today and saw that they carried nearly all of the sets, except the large Maharja Palace set. I bought the Johnnie Thunder in the Boat (which meets the strange Idol) set (set #7410). In the back of the instruction manual for the set (...) (22 years ago, 12-Dec-02, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: New 2003 stuff in Wal-Mart

(...) <snip> (...) I've seen them at the most local US Walmart near me (in Niagara Falls, NY). They had the Tie Bomber there, 3 new NBA sets, and nearly all the new Adventure line there. Ben (22 years ago, 12-Dec-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.general)

Re: What do the hieroglyphs mean?

Thanks, this page has all the answers. Maybe too much answer! We decoded "Khnm" and that was not too encouraging. Next time I will encourage them to find more. My two littlest nieces are 8 and 6 and were just digging into a big tub o' Lego of all (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: What do the hieroglyphs mean?

(...) Take a look at: www.geocities.com/En...esert.html where you will probably find the information you are looking for. Are your sets assembled? How old are your nieces? How do they like the sets? Do thet play with your Lego a lot? Christian (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.adventurers)

  What do the hieroglyphs mean?

Does anyone know what the hieroglyphs mean in the Egypt Adventurers sets? My nieces were playing with them and we tried to look them up in "Egyptian Hieroglyphs for Everybody" but the results weren't very satisfying. Was there a Lego Club magazine (...)   Re: New Adventurers Orient Expedition Theme!!!

(...) sorry I meant Alexia Sinister, supposedly the daughter or Mr Hates (Sam Sanister) who only appeared in the Dino Island sub-theme. Jackie (...) (22 years ago, 5-Dec-02, to lugnet.adventurers)
