Is it possible to separate the dino pieces....

without damaging the dinos? I'd like to interchange the legs of Stegosaurus and Triceratops in the All Terrain Trapper. Is this possible without damaging the ABS? Anyone tried this? Arnold (24 years ago, 1-Aug-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

(...) Ah, you are probably right. I was thinking of the red 1x1 tiles in the "car" that comes with the Naboo fighter. I think. ;-) (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Fredrik (24 years ago, 27-Jul-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.adventurers)

Re: MOC: German 1930s Touring Car

Wow! I've been looking at all of your WWII-era vehicles at Brickshelf, very, very detailed, and well designed. I really, really like the way they still remain mini-fig scale, that is something really challenging to do when building real-life models. (...) [snip] for all the other german AFOLS around / Are there any?). Hi Norman, there are of course a lot of german AFOLs, but for some reason most of them usually only read the german LEGO forum and do not use Lugnet (it's a lot to read both). However, (...)   MOC: German 1930s Touring Car

In my continuing effort to model WWII-era vehicles, I put together a German 1930s Touring Car. I just posted pictures of it at Brickshelf.com (URL) me know what you think, -s (24 years ago, 27-Jul-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build, lugnet.adventurers) !

Dino Island sets arrived in Germany!

They are here! Yesterday I spotted the new Dino Island sets in two stores ( "real" and "Spiele Max" for all the other german AFOLS around / Are there any?).   Re: Dinosaur Color Scheme

(...) The Dino Island sets arrived in our stores, so I had a chance to look at the boxes. "The Dino Research Compound" has the stegosaurus displayed under the lid, and I can say, it looks *way* better than on the pictures. Actually, the Stego (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

(...) Uhhhh.... I used to live in Florida, and then in Louisiana (both are in the southern USA, and both have alligators as a natural species- Louisiana also has crocodiles). Trust me on this one, alligators and crocodiles *do* come in green. eric (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Dinosaur Color Scheme

From the fossil records, really we cannot know what colors these dinosaurs were in when they were alive. The artists usually picture dinosaurs in gray or other dull colors, because today somehow large animals are never colorful (e.g., elephant, (...) (24 years ago, 25-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)
