Hi ! I have some problems getting the Amazon Jungle sets here in Germany. The 5956 "Expedition Balloon", which was in the German 1999 catalogue, was available in some stores. You can also get the small 5905 and 5906 sets, and some days ago I found (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

Whoops accidently hit enter instead of tab on that last post sorry. Anyways I think the island hopper is the best set in the theme but I think a spruce goose would be way cooler. I have a good but strange explination for the double-color dinos. The gray-legged stegosaurus is really a young elaphant in a coustume. Well, when I saw the S@H pics, I was heavily disappointed of both dinosaurs and entire sets. C'mon Lego, a grey Triceratops with white(?) legs ?? A brown Stegosaurus with white (!!) legs??? Just to throw in my two cents... I think the Island hopper Airplane is one of the best overall models I have seen lately. You are forgeting a few vehicles though, the little hanglinder, the airplane that comes with the dino compound, the car that comes with the compound, the car that comes with the all terrain trapper, and the boat that comes with the T-rex (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

At $49.99, 5975 T-Rex Transport is a bit too expensive. Otherwise it is a cool vehicle set that keeps the tradition of the Adventurers theme. I like the tractor-trailer. Funny, I just purchased the Island Hopper also. Should be getting here today. I was attracted towards it because it'll go good with regular town sets if you remove the pterodactl. It *looks* pretty big also, esp. for only $20. (expensive, but IMO, (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

I just bought the new Dino Island Island Hopper Airplane and it is a very good set. The outside looks really good but you have to hollow out a wall or two on the inside so that people can sit tandem.
