O-Ya, I agree in theory. But it becomes my problem, too, when someone
running a dumb client quotes the un-decoded content in a reply, and people
suffer from broken links and weird looking text. And if someone posts a qp
reply to that, then the =XX becomes =3DXX and it just degenerates from
there. I think I saw a case in .robotics where there was something like 7
levels deep of quoting. I don't remember how mig a role qp played there,
but I'll definitely sleep better at night with qp gone entirely.
