At the moment, this list is -um...- a list (actually HTML element
UL/LI). I tried to seperate the LI elements, but it doesnt work.
Margin and Padding doesnt have effects on particular LI elements and a
top-border line is only as wide as the text entry. Any other ideas from
people who have experiences with CSS?

From memory you have to put the list spacing on the UL rather than the LI
elements. I know you can control just about everything but it has to be done in
the right spot.
