I don't see why we can't have it in the loc.uk hierachy - I noticed the Italians eventually want loc.it.trains and loc.it.space, etc. If the UK presence gets big enough it may be setup outside of LUGNET, a bit like the German newsgroup, I don't want the LEGO community to be splintered. (...) It's pretty easy to set up cross-reference links on the entry pages to the groups. (...) Name components in the .loc hierarchy are abbreviations for localities, for example, .loc.us.ma.bos stands for United States, Massachusetts, Boston, and (...) We are happy with our current organization of newsgroups: loc.it for the discussions in Italian, and org.it.itlug for everything very specific to ITLUG (events, j-box, (...)
