OK, that helps. I'll have the server send an e-mail to each of the addresses
you listed. Hopefully, one of those is still active and you can reply to show
that you received it.
But there are a couple of other issues: (1) What happened to your membership
packet? If you can find that, then you can sign in using the password printed
beneath your membership card; (2) Why are you using two different last names?
Is one a middle name? You're currently appearing as two different people (two
last names, same first name -- no apparent connection) and we need to fix that.
