Can I use banner Ads from Lugnet?

In the cool Lego Site section you have a display for banner ads from fan created sites and a page with all of them. Is there a way that I could include these within the online web-zine I am devloping.? (I will understand if a copyright or IP issue (...)   Re: Request for consideration of new NG

(...) I'd prefer it to be localized too. I'd want to find a Lego buddy who can come over and play with my Lego, not someone a few hours or states away.   Request for consideration of new NG

Based on some ongoing thoughts in the San Francisco local group, we were wondering if it would be possible to set up a new "singles" newsgroup, perhaps something like: lugnet.people.singles or lugnet.marketplace.personals Thanks....
