IMMEDIATELY!
I'm curious as to how Todd is going to handle issues like this. This seems like
a very reasonable request to remove personal information. I just can't see how
Todd can avoid canceling messages (or are folks who are truly concerned about
privacy issues like this going to need to get a court order).
Perhaps Todd can maintain that if he exercises editorial control after a
request is made by the "owner" of offending information (TLC in the case of
leaked information, individuals in the case of release of personal information
about themselves) to have the information removed would be different from
removing the information prior to a formal request (and thus opening himself to
liability for missing a piece of information in some other forum).
