| | | (...) Well, the historical reason is that original time of post is reasonably meaningful, whereas time a post arrived at any given server is fairly arbitrary. Security is a major concern of mine, though, in addition to not knowing how use of this box on our network for goof-off purposes would be perceived, (...)
