That sounds similar to what happens on online chats and muds - where you have
multi-level admin.
EG:
Level 1 - Complete control (Ie Todd)
Level 2 - Power to suspend and re-instate
Level 3 - Power to suspend
Level 4 - Authority to give "official warnings"
These are arbitary, just to demonstrate the break-down of responsibility, and
there are possibly more priviledges that would be useful to include. It would
probably work better once the membership scheme is up and running too!
The more I use Lugnet, the more I begin to realise what an incredibly large
amount of time and effort has gone into it! If we can share out the dirty work
then perhaps we should - it can't be fun for Todd having to continually point
people politely to the TOS. Besides which, it leeches his time from doing other
work :)

| (...) I assume you meant to insert a comma between help and Todd, but I'll offer my opinion anyway. I think as Lugnet grows Todd's going to need to implement some kind of limited moderator system, something that will allow maybe allow others to (...)
