Wow! Jonathan has really got up a lot of people's noses.
I've not been directly affected by his posting habits, so I won't be
voting.
However, this may be an opportunity to do something constructive.
The US is more mature about internet access than a lot of the rest of
the world, but more and more people are getting netted up.
I can see that in future, there may be many more people like Jonathan,
who think that Ldraw is a great idea, and want to have a go.
They will all have the capacity to annoy everyone.
Is there a case for setting up a lugnet.cad.academy.* hierarchy in which
beginners can hone their skills, preferably with some guidance from
experienced Ldrawers.
Additionally make the 'proper' lugnet.cad groups available to posters by
invitation only. Individuals could be sponsored by an existing
contributor, on the basis of their work in the academy.
This may seem a bit formal, or exclusive. But it's just what you're
doing to Jonathan, really, isn't it?
