Less than 20 people have voted so far. However, the LUGNET community is still evolving and there are no set rules like this for
LUGNET that I am aware of. (Todd please correct where necessary.) Currently the CFV will be based on those who do vote. If 3
people voted and 2 voted YES then that would be a 2/3-majority. Again this vote is not setting any precedents for our community.
