One more procedural question... out on usenet, a CFV on a new group is
usually considered not definitive unless at least 100 people vote. Do we
have a sense of how many folks have voted and what the number required
is or anything like that?

Less than 20 people have voted so far.  However, the LUGNET community is still evolving and there are no set rules like this for
LUGNET that I am aware of.  (Todd please correct where necessary.)  Currently the CFV will be based on those who do vote.  If 3
people voted and 2 voted YES then that would be a 2/3-majority.  Again this vote is not setting any precedents for our community.

Thanks,
Adam
