I'm running in 32-bit color depth, and those are in fact the colors that get
rendered. (I checked in photoshop to make sure exactly.) On my -- admittedly
less-than-great -- monitor it comes out an off-grey rather than a warm
brown. (In fact, the closest Pantone color Photoshop comes up with is called
"warm grey").
I do like the logo, btw, and the general layout is nice.

Under Windows, these might also map (...) (26 years ago, 4-Oct-98, to lugnet.admin.general)
