(...) I'd say look to the canonical trademark dilution examples. In each of the following, the first is the trademarked name brand, the others are imitators. And in each case, the trademark was either almost lost because people tried to use the (...) (25 years ago, 29-Mar-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
