"front page" (and it's the thing that curators for specific groups or groups of groups tend to modify most... so (as an admin for curators) I need to use a term for it a lot more often than most people do... if someone has a better term for it (...) (...) Yeah, the existence of a subgroup does not necessarily imply that its parent is valid. Consider that you can't post to just "lugnet". There's also no "lugnet.admin". [ -> .admin.nntp ] (21 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.admin.nntp)

Has anyone else noticed problems with the top-level lugnet.market newsgroup? I find that it won't load, although the lower-level groups (lugnet.market.shopping, for example), are doing fine. (21 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.admin.general)
