You can blame MSIE and its crappy file handling here.
Some parts of MSIE will use the MIME type from the server
(application/x-ldraw or whatever) and some parts will use the filename.
Unfortunatly, IE seems not to handle content-disposition correctly and
instead thinks you are working with a file called ldraw.cgi.
