Hey guys,
I present to you my Monkeypede. (A centipede made with left brown monkey arms.)
This is my first LDraw model ever! I was very excited about LDraw after
being present in Tim's tutorial at Brickfest '02. The model's quite small,
but it was very tricky due to the angles with the minifig arms. I figured,
if I can do this model, I can do anything!
I used a few sub-models. First I did each of the four arm types. Then I did
two sub-models, each consisting of a red 1x6 and four arms (of two types).
The final model is a composite of five of these plates, plus the head. It
was very easy to use, and I'm glad I started working on it! I have a feeling
the file will not upload correctly because of the submodels, though.
I've also got a few pictures, I'll have a seperate post when these go
public. I'll explain more about the model then.
