Republic of Congo Scam - hit me and other cox.net Lego Fans —Jeremy Scott
Well, we all get spam. I don't get too much, but I get some! Today I got three from the same spammer. The spam was sent to cox.net Lego fans. I know bhamilto1 (Brad Hamilton), copyright (myself) socalray (I know I have seen this guy here!) and (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-03, to lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Republic of Congo Scam - hit me and other cox.net Lego Fans —Dan Boger
(...) nod - spiders can harvest LUGNET for email addresses. There's really nothing anyone can do about it, either. It's one of the more bizarre spam-scams I've seen. -Evil Wayne (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-03, to lugnet.admin.general)

Yeah, I got hit by that crap too. It was good for a laugh, at least, though I'm seriously ticked at the dickweed who set it up. Spam bad. Me no like. Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 21-Feb-03, to lugnet.admin.general)
