I've had a few email exchanges with him. He approached me once and wanted to
chat on ICQ, I explained that I had since removed the program.
Seemed to be seeking friendship, so I reached back with the same, understanding
the posts he had made on LUGNET. About the same time he was posting the same
nonsense on RTL. It doesn't make sense to me, but yes, he definitely needs
help. I talked to a friend on LUGNET about this who knows him more, and she
told me that all efforts from LUGNETters, including locals to him, were unable
to help him.
