Well, even though I volunteered publicly, and even though I think you'd make
a fine curator for either or both group hierarchies, I'm thinking now, on
second thought that it may be more appropriate to send notes to the Admins
(for volunteering or for commenting on other people's candidacy). So I did,
saying I think Kevin is a fine candidate who has my support.
But that's the last I'll say publicly. :-)
Not totally sure about the ettiquette of this... metacomments please? Do the
admins prefer public volunteering with comments by others or do they prefer
notes off line?

Request messages sent to me privately would be appreciated. A post to admin.curators (...) (22 years ago, 31-Jan-02, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.admin.curators)
