(...) Shiri, You can be the first to try the new "retire all old passwords" option: (URL) tell it which one to keep, and it purges the others for you. You can then add a second or third one back if you like...or just keep one. BTW, it's (...) (26 years ago, 9-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.general)

Hi Todd, Quick (or not-so-quick) question. How can one purge passwords that one cannot remember? See, I just added a new pw and was notified that I now have no less than 5 passwords. Gee! I think we discussed this recently in admin.general, and the consensus is that once the initial post has followups set incorrectly it is very VERY tough to fix later because every single person has to realise there is a problem, (...)
