Although the code per se was functioning correctly, it wasn't being smart enough about whitespace (it saw whitespace (...) (26 years ago, 1-Jul-00, to lugnet.admin.general)

Kyle, I found a copy of the rejected post in the dead-articles log on the server, and ran it through the binary detector, and yes, something in the content is tripping the binary detector (a fuzzy-logic recognizer which uses a variety of tests (...) Todd, Where should I post a note for advice on sorting large amounts of brinks? Not the sort of sorting that you, Scott, and others do when they part out a set, but a HUGE initial sort of 25 and 50 pound lots into some kind of storage system (...) Ewwww, that SUCKS. I'd rather have a postage-stamp sized graphic than suffer in an XL. I like my shirts LOOSE.
