(...) Oh, please no. The web interface has no way to keep track of read posts other than your browser's memory of visited URLs. I'm sorry but there is a small update in the aftermath of the server maintenance (few of you may have noticed): Due to a misconfiguration the mail2news-gateway has malfunctioned for the period between yesterday, July 2, 21:00 GMT and today, July 3, (...) In order to keep you all updated: We have completed the RAID rebuild and everything is back to nominal. I have also applied some long-awaited optimizations to the backup process, which will hopefully level out the load peaks we observed around (...) (18 years ago, 3-Jul-08, to lugnet.admin.general)
