Jim, if your intention is for other people out on the net to be able to make
use of your DB, the best way to publish the tables is in CSV (Comma
Separated Values) or tab-delimited ASCII. That way anyone can easily
convert it to their own favorite DB package, or manipulate it with scripting
tools. OTOH, if you're just wondering about set numbers and don't plan to
publish the DB for general consumption, then the format certainly doesn't
matter.

Server software, yes, correct. (At home, I use Photoshop, which wasn't
free.)
