  DUPLO Question

Why are some sets listed as DACTA > DUPLO and others as LEGO > DUPLO ? What is the distinction? (24 years ago, 24-Mar-01, to lugnet.admin.database)

Re: Good news for collectors (was Re: 1593 box photos!)

George & All, (...) Ah, I see. Hmm.. It is just like Cleanweb, they filtered official gun makers websites as well. Lovely service. Anyway, thanks for the info! Scott S. -- (24 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.space)

Re: Good news for collectors (was Re: 1593 box photos!)

(...) Scott, Theonion is filtered at my workplace, though I don't know what web filter is being used. I imagine it's for the humor, which can be raunchy at times. Somewhat akin to National Lampoon, when it was funny. George (24 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.space)

Re: Good news for collectors (was Re: 1593 box photos!)

Scott, The story is a parody making fun of the collectible market. It states that everything currently manufactured is instantly collectible & gives values for some things, including the lint in your pocket. It also parodies the (...)   Re: Good news for collectors (was Re: 1593 box photos!)

To All, (...) Well, both Black & Veatch and Cleanweb filtered out this site. What is the summary of this? Secondly, what is on there that would make this site filterable (Keep in mind LUGNET's usage policy, of course!) Scott S. -- Personal Page: (...)   DUPLO trains in Database

There seem to be some misallocated sets in the LUGNET database. Most DUPLO Trains are under the category LEGO > DUPLO > Train. However these sets are classified as follows: 2732 LEGO > DUPLO > Play Sets > {Trains} 2733 LEGO > DUPLO > Play Sets > (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.admin.database)

  Variation for 226 Idea Book

  LEGO DUPLO 1505 from 1986

I picked up 1505 at a thrift store today. It contains two sets with one of them supposedly free although the box says "Enclosed sets sold only w/ this offer." I assume the set is from 1986 due to the copyright date on the box. The book inside has a (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.admin.database)
