I picked up 1505 at a thrift store today. It contains two sets with one of
them supposedly free although the box says "Enclosed sets sold only w/ this
offer." I assume the set is from 1986 due to the copyright date on the box.
The book inside has a 1987 copyright date. The two sets are as follows:
1503 - Car Building Set - 7 pcs - Ages 1-4 (this is the "free" one)
1504 - House Building Set - 13 pcs - Ages 1-4
Each set has one DUPLO figure. 1503 has a boy, 1504 a girl (boy drive cars,
girls clean house) and both are the type for younger kids (i.e. they have no
arms).
There was a Toys R Us price tag on it but the thrift store had slapped one
of their own tags over it and I wasn't able to peel it off cleanly. It
looks like Toys R Us was charging $4.5x (I'm guessing $4.50).
I can take pics/scans of the box some time, just can't do it right now.
Hope this helps,
Bryan
