BTW, do you remember why you never bothered to check out the main loc.uk group initially (don't worry, no one is going to laugh or criticise...just want (...) When I was new to lugnet one of the first things I did was look for local groups near to me - I found the section for my part of the UK - I think it was the London list and found it was (...) To : Tood Lehman. I want to become a member of Lugnet! However with memberships I prefer to work with snail mail for application and confimration, rather than electronic ( especially whne payments are concerned.) (...) Todd, I tried quickset, but other applications kept stealing the browser window it ran in. It just wasn't as convienent for me as being on LUGNET's main page. (...) The only change that I really don't like is the search dialog. I liked the separate ones better. I now have to make an extra 2 clicks to look something up.
