They are part of aquanauts I think. I noticed his pictures have a "whiting out" effect (sorry can't think of the right word). The parts are actually a blue chrome.   Bricksburg Hotel
 
Well I am proud to announce the unveiling of my newest building, the Bricksburg Hotel. Standing 63 bricks high, 96 wide, and 32 deep, it is one of my largest buildings to date.   New Part #3010p20c -Brick 1 x 4 with Town Car Chrome Grille  [DAT]
 
When I was playing around with MLCAD the other day, I noticed that part #3010p20 was available with white and black grille pattern only.
