| Hi, I got this box a few weeks ago from a Lego fan, who went to a little toy shop in the neighborhood. The owners are closing down the shop, and found a verry old original Lego box on the attey with the original bricks in it. The box has number 226 (...) (21 years ago, 30-Apr-03, to lugnet.inv)

| Come on guys. It will be two years soon And STILL no real increase in the diversity of bulk bricks. OK, we have had a couple of new shades of standard bricks (that no one really asked for) But the stuff people keep repeatedly asking for never gets (...) | Here is some additional info on availability: Sample bag - About $20 - All trans-dark-green 134 1x4x1 bricks (these go for $1.20+ each on BrickLink!) 30 1x2x1 bricks 20 1x1x1 bricks Final price about 11 cents / brick. | I've noticed alot of my old (relatively old...late 70's early 80's) 1x1 bricks are splitting. Maybe the bricks have been redesigned to fix this problem. The other thing I have noticed is that the bricks are constantly being redesigned. Hollow tubes (...) (25 years ago, 16-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)
