| | Re: Fun OLD Bricks/History questions
|
| (...) I don't have a lot of time today to go into a decent discussion, so I'll do that later this week. But there are a large variety of these available as well. One thing though, they were all black or blue print. I've seen lower case letters from (...) (25 years ago, 20-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

| | eBay Auctions - Grey Bricks, Train Parts
|
| Just wanted to let everyone know that I posted about 90 auctions on eBay this week. All of them close on Tuesday (3/28). All of the pieces are brand new. They came from the Express Train Set #4561, Sith Infiltrator (lots of grey pieces!) and Mos (...) (25 years ago, 23-Mar-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

| | Re: Color sorting LEGO bricks...
|
| Well, yes, I suppose I could. But then again, the mindstorms version won't remove Walnut shells from walnuts and even if it did, I don't think it could do 8 tons per hour. Still, I would like to see a mindstorms one as well. Mike Zonker Harris (...) (25 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

Funny that, although there are usually three or four people standing around taking pictures of it at any one time, the only image of it I could find on the web is a nighttime shot: (URL) (...) | (...) Sort of along these lines, I got a bucket of TYCO blocks a loooong time ago, and there was one red 2x4 brick with a yellow stripe in it, going from a bottom corner, up the side, and over two of the studs on that side. I still have it, (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jun-00, to lugnet.general)

| I've heard of varying results with the kind of plastic cement that is used to glue plastic models together. But do test any cement you buy on a small part of LEGO you can afford to lose before you start glueing pieces together with it. If the cement (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)
