As Tom mentioned, add black here, remove green (green just happens to be
cheap right now because there is a current, low cost set, which people
have even found on clearance I think with them). Red would also be
common.

The clear macaroni were also available in parts packs I think. I got
about 30 in a batch of about 100 macaronis for I think $50 for the whole
lot. I was surprised the price didn't go higher. That lot did a lot to
bulk up my macaroni collection (and if LD were to come out with
macaronis for 50 cents each, I'd still buy them at that price, though
I'd much prefer it of course if they priced them at 10 cents each).

White would be fairly common (they have been used at least in Paradisa
sets for semi-recent sets, I've got a bunch, of course some 30 came in
the above mentioned lot, along with about 30 red).
Yellow and then green would be at the rarest end of the scale.
Where is blue? I'm not sure if I have any in blue.
Have macaroni ever appeared in the pinks and purples etc? No orange yet.
